@ThatKidNamedRah @readstick @3clipse_tt It means if the pokemon has 90hp it will cut it to 40. Cause it can't be 45. So it rounds down. After that it will half it from 40 to 20. Then 20 to 10. But you will not be able to KO a pokemon with it. Unless you attack a rocky helmet...
