The overdramatized hate for a needle drop in Supergirl is going to retroactively make Gunn’s mostly impressive history of song placement bad, including this standout scene in Superman with badass Mr. Terrific and stylish tune. We’ve gone from silly critique to incessant whining.
i fucking love this movie dude the colors pop so much and the set design is unbelievable and the practical effects and stunts and the music kicks ass and the jokes are genuinely funny and it knows exactly what it is and just never ever slows down with being cool as hell
but what can i say i live and breathe this capeshit thing, the script isnt bad. the acting from milly and the other girl is pretty good. the action is pretty fun. david corenswet is superman.
it's okay to be a 6/10 superhero movie
sure the editing took me out once or twice
that needle drop is actually that bad
the movie visually doesnt do the comics art justice
the villain isnt bad but hes a little unmemorable
and its way too much like a james gunn movie
@dextratron the preorder bonuses are the same across both versions but u can still wait until early reviews are out bc they do usually drop them before the actual game drops
@dextratron the game isnt gonna like magically disappear tho its completely 100% digital whats the point in wasting 80 dollars now instead of wasting 80 dollars when the game comes out and gets reviews by people who have played the game
@RedLReviews well the comic doesn't suck if the art is as good as it is. tom kings writing isn't for me but bilquis evely's art and mat lopes' coloring is beautiful
unironically my top 5 albums this year goes fakemink, bts, pz, tiffany day, dc the don and i don't even like dc the don's album that much
this is the worst year of music in a while please save us bass god
