Industrieschock: Frankreichs Planungschef Clément Beaune warnt nun offen vor der chinesischen Dampfwalze, die Europas Industrie überrollt. China ist längst nicht mehr nur billiger, sondern in vielen Bereichen technologisch gleichwertig oder sogar überlegen. Besonders Deutschland trifft dieser Schock mitten ins industrielle Herz, weil unser Wohlstand jahrzehntelang auf genau diesen Branchen aufgebaut war.

Realitätsverlust: Europa hat viel zu lange geglaubt, Bürokratie, Klimaziele und schöne Sonntagsreden könnten industrielle Stärke ersetzen. Jetzt diskutiert Frankreich sogar über 30 Prozent Zoll auf chinesische Importe, weil der Preisabstand offenbar 30 bis 40 Prozent beträgt. Das ist kein kleines Wettbewerbsproblem mehr, sondern ein strategischer Kontrollverlust.

Wer seine Industrie erst schwächt und sich dann über ausländische Stärke wundert, hat den Ernst der Lage viel zu spät verstanden.
