Savino took the show, when CN wanted to make another season after the Dexter movie, because Genndy moved over to Samurai Jack (and he said that the feature movie was a perfect finale). Then, downhill in Dex's Lab happened. Same story with The Powerpuff Girls, but Savino's episode wasn't as bad as the 2016 reboot.
