@hermaevs it could just be personal preference but imo beneath all the bs he had and the technical issues of which some are still not resolved, the boss is just really boring.
the frametrap being gone makes the fight less restrictive for sure but i still think it's mid at best.

Best NPC fight and it's still an F tier 😂😂

Joking aside, the fight itself is horrendous along with basically every other NPC boss in Souls games. But if you are into the story/lore, then this is definitely a cool encounter.

My problem with it is that (just like with gideon) FromSoft sacrifices the gameplay for the story when there could easily be an implementation that well incorporates both.

Would have loved to see Leda get the Gael treatment or something instead.

Also did it while stranded (level 1 fresh character starting in the dlc w/ no base game items)
