The repayment flows through FRV’s contract-defined payment waterfall.

Principal returns to the system as cash, while interest is allocated according to the facility’s terms and protocol fees.

Because earned interest is already reflected in sUSDfr’s exchange rate, receiving that cash doesn’t count the same income twice.

Repayments also replenish liquidity that can support withdrawals through the redemption queue.

But more available cash doesn’t mean instant withdrawals. Settlement still follows the queue’s rules and liquidity limits.
