@SteveChalke What should the change be? Attitudes of SLT and Head Teachers? Laws to force schools to change their approach to children exhibiting challenging behaviour? Should there be separate schools to ensure needs and understanding are better catered for? Is the change to policy of school

@mrbeechy Criticism and doubt came from my closest of friends…but it made me more determined. They told me last week they were wrong and I had done really well over the last 6yrs. One even asked if they could work for me 😂
