Three takeaways from MIP. The very reasons we built @engen3_ai
As my co-founder @PAWmckenzie and I [ @jordanbayne ] were chatting about @mip I realized these ideas come back to something I’ve been talking about for well over a decade.
Building worlds.
1. Build your audience from the ground up. Start online. Bring people into the world early. Grow that relationship across formats, screens and live experiences. This is why direct audience relationships are central to enGEN3. Give fans a place to participate, create and stay connected to your world at all times.
2. Develop your IP across media. Brands/Creators/IP owners must be thinking as entertainment studios, with storytelling at the heart of how they engage people across different experiences. That requires a foundation for developing the world itself: its stories, characters, assets and possibilities. enGEN3 connects that work with content production and licensed fan creation, giving IP owners ways to expand their worlds and invite others to participate in them.
3. Move faster, with budgets and creative flexibility that make more possible. AI is a massive part of that equation. It opens up possibilities for developing, producing and testing ideas.
We’ve built https://t.co/WeL8AAbAKY to connect those creative capabilities with the IP, assets and permissions that give them context. The tools serve the world you’re building.
These conversations were at @Festival_Cannes Lions. They’re at MIPCOM. For me, this is confirmation of what I’ve been saying as a creator for years, and we’ve been building enGEN3 for this moment. An IP platform for world builders.
Develop your IP. Open your world to fan creation. Build lasting audience relationships.

🤯 We made a 16-minute, feature-quality animated episode with a tiny team. In under a month.
⚔️🌿 JUNKYARD KING | CH. 3 | THE OTHER SIDE 🌿⚔️
Now here’s where it gets really interesting: if this technology keeps moving forward, what happens to filmmaking? 🎬
More stories?
More creators?
Writers building their own worlds?
A complete reshuffling of what creative talent actually does?
I thought editing was safe, but here come agentic workflows. 😅
The end-to-end democratization of high-end production is starting to feel very real.

Vision for @engen3_ai has always been ambitious: shape the next era of entertainment, where AI expands what we can create and how fans participate, w/IP licensing & consent built in. It’s no surprise to see my partner, @PAWmckenzie on stage alongside world entertainment leaders.
