I have discovered that some of the most damaged and evil people who walk among us hide behind Christianity, punctuating every sentence with God or bible references and even virtue signalling on their e-mail signatures.
Don’t be fooled by such wolves in sheepskin #JustAThough🫶🏽
The problem is, too many workplaces would happily watch half of their most talented employees leave, rather than hold one toxic member of their leadership team accountable.
You celebrated because they didn’t retaliate. You thought you won. Meanwhile they were just… silent. And some silences aren’t empty. They’re petitions. Silence (after disrespect) is a strategic spiritual escalation, not helplessness.
People will push your limits, hurt you, and test your patience repeatedly. But when you finally react, you are the one seen as wrong. This year, work on breaking this cycle, stop intentionally hurting others and expecting them to take it lying down. It's not a healthy mindset. Set boundaries, prioritize selfcare, and don't be afraid to stand up for yourself. Your worth isn't defined by how much people can walk all over you. Own your space and command respect.
