@GOVUK@ukhomeoffice please, please contract with literally any other service apart from @VFSGlobal. They are the most inefficient and hated company for the vast majority of travelers requiring visas and their CS is non existent.
@VFSGlobal y r we penalized bc YOUR booking system continually has technical trouble so we can’t secure appointments & receive decisions before immovable travel dates? & for $420 you could have reprinted my illegible receipt & told me tracking info was on it @GOVUK@ukhomeoffice
@VFSGlobal why are you not helping me track status of my application especially when it is your fault I was unable to make an appointment booking for 2 weeks? Why do you force us to pay so much for the worst service ever and the most unhelpful CS ever?

@VFSGlobal why do you charge exorbitant fees when people can’t access your booking site for weeks on end due to technical difficulties and then when they finally can, you don’t have requisite availability?
@VFSGlobal, UKVI helpline confirmed a decision on my visa application is made but I have not heard from you re: passport pick up and my flight is on Thursday night. Your websites don’t work, your CS never wants to help, no reply to emails - it’s robbery for what you charge.
