Father, Husband, Engineer, and Nerd, usually in that order. Principal at ILGSE. Big fan of science and reason, getting more liberal the more of life I see.

[Jamison Daniel @AntiquarianMuse]

This is BRILLIANT.

Always remember: it’s not officially Mother’s Day until Mr. T has blessed us with song.

The NFC north combined to go 0-3 in the playoffs this year, with a net turnover margin of -9 (GB-2, MN-2, DET-5). That’s crazy. When was the last time 3 teams made the playoffs from one division and all lost their first game?

[Mark S.(he/him) @engineerspeidel]

@Jaberuski No TV/screen of any kind until he can help pay to fix or replace it. Also depends on how it got broken.

Dear Republicans,

Adolf Hitler killed 6 million Jews.

141,000 Americans died fighting him and his Nazi Generals.

Some of them were our parents, grandparents, and great grandparents.

It's totally OK to not agree that Hitler did some good things.

It's also OK to totally SHUN Hitler, and say he's a murderous, Nazi piece of shit.

Furthermore, anyone who praises, embraces, or emulates him and his Generals, through their words and actions, should be totally shunned as well.

You definitely shouldn't vote for those people either.

Signed,
This Shouldn't Have to be Said

@PattyMurray Right now, someone who makes a $Billion/yr gets the same social payment as someone who makes $170k a year, correct? Or is that going to be changed also.

[Bill Madden @maddenifico]

Holy shit! Bruce Springsteen, with one of the most eloquent endorsements for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz you'll hear. The Boss also delivered one of the strongest repudiations of the loathsome piece of shit I've heard from anyone. Let's fucking go‼️🙌🌊🇺🇸

[Mark S.(he/him) @engineerspeidel]

@SarahLarchmont So basically if Kamala wins the swing states, all Trump has to do is flip the entire West coast, NY, and New England. Seems legit.

[Mark S.(he/him) @engineerspeidel]

@wonder_woman700 @Jo10030676 @KM_Bill @TimNoEgo @floridaman2002 Condoms work great, as long as you use them every time. BC pills or patches are slightly more reliable, but have some side effects. If you and your partner are done having kids, a vasectomy only has to be done once, then you never have to worry about it again.

[Mark S.(he/him) @engineerspeidel]

The @mariners should trade for the Rockies starting lineup, just straight up. They haven’t scored 20 runs in a series since I don’t know when, the Rockies did it in one game.

@ElieNYC Both of my kids have been properly educated, so they’ll get the reference. The 20yr old will probably reply back in kind.

[Mark S.(he/him) @engineerspeidel]

I love #NCAAMarchMadness , but it’s dumb that there are play in games for #10 and 11 seeds. The four play-ins should be for the four #16 seeds, and they should all be at large bids. If you win your conference bid, you should get into the field of 64

[Mark S.(he/him) @engineerspeidel]

@joProducerrr @komonews @TheronZahnKOMO @KellyKOMO4 @SteveTVNews Looks like it might be an old portable tv?

[Mark S.(he/him) @engineerspeidel]

Hockey is the best sport to watch in person. But 3v3 overtime is a lame rule, if you’re going to have a shootout at the end, just let OT be 5v5.

[Mark S.(he/him) @engineerspeidel]

@aliciainedmonds @utahjazz @SeattleKraken Because the Sonics were stolen, so the Jazz are the closest thing to an NBA partner the Kraken have.

[Mark S.(he/him) @engineerspeidel]

@mmpadellan Hi!

[Mark S.(he/him) @engineerspeidel]

@RGIII @MoneyLynch His post game pressers would be legendary. Probably also why he wouldn’t be interested though.

[Mark S.(he/him) @engineerspeidel]

@MainersPainLove Our pitching was a mess the last two weeks of the season. Hard to say Sewald wouldn’t have helped with that. If Jerry had been more aggressive last offseason (or two?) we might not have needed to trade Sewald to salvage our offense.

[Mark S.(he/him) @engineerspeidel]

@FieldGulls Didn’t look that much different IMO. moved the ball well between the 20s but struggled in the red zone. Not that they couldn’t have used DK today, but I think they handled his absence well enough.
