1. Water bills are rising, as have all utility bills. This makes most of the general public, Police included, worse off.
2. Poverty on a mass scale can cause social problems. Police deal with social problems and crime driven by poverty

@MySamsonite I’m afraid your returns policy in the UK really needs looking at. I purchased the paradiver duffle light, and within 6 months it’s falling apart at the seams with minimal use. The 2015 Consumer rights act clearly doesn’t apply to your company.
