@royalpratt I stay for the same reason and do my best to avoid noise, but it’s really just limiting choices from an already limited pool of options and the window of what’s even available to us is barely open.

@PreetBharara Hi from Chicago! What do you think the Supreme Court will decide for Trump’s emergency request for additional national guard troops here? There is definitely nothing close to an insurrection, just ordinary folks blowing whistles and recording evidence of provocation.

The level of spontaneous street-level resistance to DHS immigration raids is astonishing. Within moments of an arrest, dozens of people come out to protest. And the longer the Chicago operation goes on, the bigger the protests have seemed to grow.
