According to reports, Pakistani regime aircraft once again violated Afghanistan’s airspace last night and targeted civilian areas in Nurgal district of Kunar and Barmal district of Paktika.
Local officials said that in Kunar, “three civilians were martyred, several others were injured, and one house was completely destroyed,” while in Paktika, no one suffered any casualties.

Departments of Airborne Radar and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Systems Included in the Higher Education Framework
Hafiz Ziaullah Hashimi, spokesperson for the Ministry of Higher Education, told the media that, during a meeting of the Higher Education Council, 28 new faculties were established for public and private universities, while 29 new departments were created within existing faculties.
Mr. Hashimi stated that the newly established faculties include faculties specializing in airborne radar and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems.
He further noted that, during the meeting, three medical specialization and subspecialization programs were also approved for Kabul University of Medical Sciences.
The spokesperson for the Ministry of Higher Education also said that five doctoral programs and 33 master’s degree programs have been established at public and private universities.
According to him, the establishment of these new faculties, departments, and academic programs will constitute an important step toward expanding higher education in the country, developing professional human resources, and strengthening various academic disciplines.
It is noteworthy that, for the first time in the history of Afghanistan, faculties specializing in airborne radar and unmanned aerial vehicle systems have been incorporated into the country’s higher education framework.
