A statement like this should not be forgotten. 😡

You cannot deliberately make life harder for millions, crush their purchasing power, weaken the economy, and then come back asking those same people for another mandate.

Jan 16, 2027 must send a clear and unmistakable message: the people have the final say. A leader who has failed the people should not even dare to ask them for another vote.

The truth about Nigerian Muslims is worst than you think.

October 11, 1991, a German evangelist named Reinhard Bonke planned a large Christian crusade in the northern Nigerian city of Kano.

Christians were excited about the event, and the hype was widespread.

Many Muslims did not like this, and they opposed it, believing that Kano belonged to Islam and that Christians should not hold such a crusade there.

Fearing that Christianity was becoming too popular in Kano, members of the so-called "religion of peace" then took to the streets and began rioting.

Within hours, they started lynching innocent Christians, burning their homes, churches, and businesses.

Christian Children, women and men alike.

Christians were lynched, raped, impaled, butchered, and burned alive.

This targeted violence against Christians continued for days. Many Christian families disappeared, never to be seen again.

Entire Christian neighborhoods became empty, with homes and businesses seized by Muslims after the owners were killed.

By the time the army finally intervened and stopped the killings, hundreds of Christians were dead, thousands were injured, and hundreds of thousands had been displaced.

The military government underreported the death toll as about 100 to 200.

However, survivors and other accounts claim that more than 500 Christians died.

These acts were not carried out by Terrorists, they were carried out by everyday Muslims that knew the people they were killing, the type of Muslims you call your friends.

The crusade was canceled, and the victims never received any justice or compensation.

Today, some of those who carried out the killings, or their children, can be found online proclaiming that Islam is a religion of peace and accusing others of being Islamophobic and saying there is no Christians genocide in Nigeria

Don't ever let anyone massacre your people and then come online to gaslight you.

Those who once portrayed Major General Chukwuma Kaduna Nzeogwu as an Igbo man and used the 1966 coup to fuel anti-Igbo sentiments are now the same people arguing that Nzeogwu’s home state should not be part of a new Igbo region under Nigeria’s proposed restructuring.

So which is it?

If Nzeogwu was supposedly “Igbo” when the coup was being used to justify hatred and violence against Igbos, why is his Igbo identity suddenly being denied today?

And if the 1966 coup was an “Igbo coup,” as it has often been described, why deny the alleged Igbo identity of one of its central figures now?

The historical record should not be rewritten to suit today’s political arguments. You cannot label someone Igbo when it is convenient to blame an entire ethnic group, then deny that identity when discussing regional restructuring.

History deserves honesty, consistency and facts not selective narratives.

NIGERIA: PRISON OF NATIONS — TIME FOR PEACEFUL SELF-DETERMINATION

Nigeria is the Yugoslavia of West Africa: a huge federation of different peoples, regions, religions and historical identities held together by an over-centralised state that too often fails to provide security, justice and genuine self-government.

For too many Christians, especially in areas devastated by jihadist terrorism and communal violence, Nigeria has become a dungeon of fear. Muslims and other communities are also victims of the same collapse of security.

My answer is not another civil war.

My answer is ExNigeria by ballot, not by bullet.

I propose a peaceful constitutional process that could ultimately create 8 new political units:

🇧🇫 Biafra
🟩 Yoruba Republic
🌆 Lagos City-State
🌊 Niger Delta Republic
⛰️ Middle Belt Federation
🟦 North-West Republic
🟨 North-East Republic
🏛️ Abuja Transitional District

The peoples and states concerned must decide their future democratically through negotiated referendums.

No ethnic cleansing.
No forced population transfers.
No religious persecution.
No new Biafran War.

Instead:

🗳️ Referendums
✝️ Full protection of Christians
☪️ Full protection of Muslims and other minorities
🏛️ Regional self-government
⚖️ Equal citizenship and minority rights
💰 Fair division of federal assets, debt and natural resources
🤝 Free trade and free movement between successor states
🌍 ECOWAS and African Union integration
🕊️ Internationally guaranteed peaceful transition

Nigeria should not wait until accumulated tensions explode.

The lesson of Yugoslavia must be learned before catastrophe, not afterwards.

8 NEW UNITS — BY BALLOT, NOT BY BULLET.
