Many banks were affected badly and the dollar grow rapidly due to its forced implementation. Judge for yourself going back to the way the economy went done.

@NGRPresident @MBuhari This blind enforcement without considering its impact on the economy is what plunged us into recession. I am fully in support of its implementation but should have been done differently rather than the economy damage incurred from its implementation.
