This is a child. A baby who isn’t even 2 years old. Whatever the circumstances or whatever may have happened before this video was recorded, an adult should not be treating a child this way.

@PoliceNG , please find this man and teh person behind the camera and arrest them both . This should not be dismissed or forgotten simply because it happened to go viral online. A child this young cannot speak for themselves or protect themselves.
