Every “anxiety disorder” begins as a “solution” to - “How can I make this bad feeling stop?” Avoidance is the engine that drives the problem. Radical acceptance and self compassion can turn this upside down. Move towards your anxiety with deep kindness for yourself, and watch.
Great leaders have no interest in counter-productive communication.
At all costs they avoid gossip, complaining, and dwelling on problems outside their control.
The strong act, the weak chatter.
I’m delighted that the publication day for my new book #TheTreeThatBends has arrived.

Well done Junaid, and @DrLorettaDavis
