@Danelerc It’s so simple, Ferrari wanted the car in 2nd place with the best tires/chance to win. Pitting Lewis only doesn’t achieve that. Pitting both does.
@Bmo827@KimKatieUSA A lady a few houses down from me feeds squirrels peanuts, now my yard has with peanuts and shells every day, my dogs find them and try to eat them and now the squirrels keep trying to get into my garage, they tried to walk in while I was getting in my car. Don’t feed them.
@jlrizzoii@LSchleusener@wake206@KRL_defi_ Yeah I mean imagine if instead of paying off a million dollar loan you invest it, market crash and job loss like you said. Now you’re out the money and the job with no realistic way to keep the house. My goal will be to retire with a payed off house.
@wake206@KRL_defi_ The risk is if something happens and they are no longer able to pay the bills. Anything can happen, you can get fired, company go under, car crash, cancer, ect. If you have less debt then if something happens you are better off.
@RohnWBishop Why isn’t that being paid by my state income tax? People in apartments don’t pay that, renters don’t pay that yet gain from it. How does that make sense?
@smehrik76526@SovietColonel@FWRobbins45 Haters don’t need a reason to hate. Anyone that likes racing would jump in that car just like he did. He didn’t buy a cup ride, he isn’t taking someone else’s spot, he’s out living the dream many of us had growing up and is hated for it.
@dmac21bucs@theistinthought@AaronGogley Also as someone who drives a lot but walks to the store I was stating that it is possible to get groceries without a car.
@AaronGogley@theistinthought I drive 15 miles a day minimum to work and home, I still walk to the grocery store unless it’s raining or in winter. Groceries is not the issue, for me it’s Home Depot runs or something like that, like you still need a vehicle but can also walk most places. Why not have both?
@RobProvince My parents bought their house I grew up in the year I was born for 42k, there are currently 3 houses for sale in the city I grew up in for under 400k. Cheapest one is 1bed 1bath 486sqft for 360k. It has plywood walls on the interior.
