I am facing issues since 3rd of Oct. Regularly calling customer care 2 times a day. and every day being told “it will be done today”. but no technician is being sent over. not water entire oct. Pathetic service. seems like a fraud company.

Took Livepuresmart's rental service on Saturday, still not installed . very pathetic service from livepure. Neither customer care call connects nor received reply of the mail sent to them . its fraud company who loot customers by taking advance from them. #livepuresmart

@LivpureSmart This is a horrible experience and I would definitely recommend no one to take Livepure. Your service team is cancelling repeatedly without my knowledge. It’s completely fraudulent.. would request @TelanganaCMO @hydcitypolice to take action against such fraud companies

this is what customer care is doing for the last one month. closing complaints without giving a call. for all customers

did your problem got solved or do they just display same behaviour here as on call?
i am also facing issues for 15 days.
do i need to proceed for solution or do i accept that these people are frauds. would be a great help with your remarks.
