Why cheat when you could've just left?
Why play with the emotions with someone who you no longer want?
Losing interest in people is normal. It happens. It didn't work out. It's Okay.
But to be a coward about it and hiding and lying, only to mentally torture the other person, is not okay..
Grow up. Act like an adult. Grow apart like mature people do.
The worst feeling is this..
Holding onto someone who has already let go a while ago.
Coming to terms with it, understanding it's okay to let go, is real maturity.
Know this before you enter any marriage:
Marriage is not a permanent vacation from reality. It comes with expectations, responsibilities, disagreements, compromise and occasionally, two adults discovering that they apparently have very different definitions of โclean.โ
It can still be beautiful and even feel like a fantasy, if both people intentionally build that kind of relationship together.
The real issue isnโt finding a perfect marriage.
Itโs finding two people willing to take responsibility for the marriage they create.
Do you agree?
Protect your peace at all costs.
Nothing's worth disturbing it.
If a relationship asks too much of you, maybe it's time to leave.
The people who were always meant for you will find you anyway.
And the people you were never meant to meet will go away no matter how much you try.
Find peace in knowing that the Universe always has a plan for you.
