@Callipygian_Sea @kumailn @Pjpuas Charges against 2 or 3; then some sort of discipline against all the others who looked down, saw him bleeding, and walked on by. Whether they saw what happened or not, they saw a man lying on the sidewalk with blood pooling under his head, and kept walking. So many wrongs here.
