So proud of Coast: Focus Energy Timer.
The long onboarding strategy sometimes takes it… way too long
You have now idea how long heycatch ai onboarding took, only to get me to sign up and pay without no value whatsoever.
I came in convinced by the ads, I left without finishing.
Combining a long onboarding with paying before value cannot be that good of a strategy.
Introducing Claude Opus 5.5, the first model in our new Claude 5.5 family.
It performs at the level of Claude Fable 5.1 for most tasks, and costs 40% less to run than Opus 5.
The his is the weirdest thing ever:
• User subscribed to annual plan less than a month ago
• Changed from annual to monthly
• Now is paying monthly when they already had Premium for an entire year?
I wish I could contact this user 😩
What the hell?!
I just got my first GitHub sponsor for @trySynara 🥹
I don't know who you are but please let me give a proper thank you
You just made my day oh my god
And also a new Synara update is coming in an hour or so!
These notifications are always amazing!
This app has been in the App Store for like several months now. Here’s what I learned about Apple Search Ads (ASA)
• It burns money 🔥 literally, I’ve spent over $100 weekly to get users in, I’ve been having downloads, but only a small chunk convert.
• ASO is way better than ASA. Once it kicks in, you start seeing more results, but…
• It takes time, I mean, TAKES TIMEEEE. I’m having more downloads and trial starts now even though I have decreased the daily budget. Now I’m spending much less weekly and having more trials.
This works, but you gotta be patient. It’s a long game 💪
@adriamatz Great advice brother. Same reason why I’m still on my 9-5. Once business gets successful, then the MacBook on the go will replace the boss of the 9-5 💪
i've never written a line of Swift before
yet i built this native iOS app in less than 60 minutes
the workflow was surprisingly simple:
> ask Claude (Fable) to design the app architecture
> feed the spec into SuperApp AI to generate a native Swift app
> spend the next 30 minutes iterating until it looked exactly how i wanted
pretty handy being able to check app stats and rankings from anywhere without having to open a macbook
I go to work at 8:30 AM. I leave the office at 5 PM.
By that time OpenAI and Anthropic have released 3 new products and 47 new updates.
I get home and I either work on my project with FOMO, or catchup on everything without progressing LOL
Can’t handle a 9-5 at this rhythm 💀
