- I continue building projects that I have been in for long like Quantum and Causevest as a Project manager and community manager respectively.

There is a saying : Showing what you have achieved, no matter how small it is. It’s a sign of being grateful 😊🙏.

I have been getting a lot of questions in my DMs about onboarding people and sharing alpha, but the real alpha is this: do you even know enough details about what you want to monetize? No.

Now, I will start sharing tips, suggestions, and what you need to put in place to become good in a particular role, based on my experience over the years in this space as a web3 jobber.

Now let’s start with what a community manager does. Dive in with me.

When you join an early or even a big project, the first thing to consider as someone looking to be a community manager is whether the project or community actually needs you. That is the first step. Then, if the project needs your help to grow its community and you pitch for the role and finally get the job, the real test begins.

Day 12 – Episode 2
Topic: Operations & Project Manager roles in Web3

we'll be talking about two roles that keep projects running smoothly:
Operations and Project Manager.

These roles are perfect if you like structure, planning, and making sure work actually gets done.

✅ A Project Manager focuses on specific tasks and goals.
They help the team:
• Plan what needs to be done
• Set timelines
• Track progress
• Coordinate people
• Make sure a project moves from idea to completion

✅ An Operations role is broader.
Operations people help the whole project run day to day.
That can include:
• Internal processes
• Team coordination
• Tools and systems
• Communication flow
• Making sure nothing important gets dropped

✅ Simple difference:
• Project Manager → manages a specific project or launch
• Operations → keeps the whole team and system working well

In smaller Web3 teams, one person may do both.

✅ Why these roles matter in Web3:
Many projects have great ideas but poor structure.
Without someone organizing the work, things get delayed, messy, or confusing.

Good operations and project management help turn chaos into progress.

✅ Why beginners can grow into these roles:
• You don’t need to code
• Organization and communication are the core skills
• Being reliable already makes you valuable
• You can start by helping teams stay coordinated
• Web3 teams often need people who can handle details

✅ Key skills that help you stand out:
• Planning
• Communication
• Follow-up
• Time management
• Problem-solving
• Calmness under pressure
• Ability to work with different personalities

Day 12 – Episode 1
Topic: On-chain vs Off-chain

Good evening and welcome to Day 12 of the 30-Day Web3 Challenge!
we'll be talking about two words you’ll hear a lot in Web3:
On-chain and Off-chain.

They sound technical, but the idea is simple.

✅On-chain means something happens directly on the blockchain.
That means it is recorded on the public ledger, it can usually be verified by anyone, and is hard to change later.

Example: sending crypto from your wallet to someone else.

✅ Off-chain means something happens outside the blockchain.
It may still be connected to Web3, but the action itself is not written on-chain at that moment.

Example: chatting in Discord, storing images on a normal website, or using a centralized exchange’s internal system.

✅ Simple way to remember it:
• On-chain = recorded on the blockchain
• Off-chain = happening somewhere else

➡️On-chain is more transparent and secure.
➡️Off-chain is often faster, cheaper, and easier to use.

✅ Why both exist:
If everything happened on-chain, many apps would be too slow or too expensive.
So a lot of Web3 products use both:
Important actions go on-chain.
Everyday activity stays off-chain.

✅ Real examples:
• Your NFT ownership = on-chain
• The actual image file = often off-chain
• A token transfer = on-chain
• A Twitter thread about that token = off-chain
• A vote in some DAOs = on-chain
• Community chat = off-chain

✅Why beginners should understand this:
Not everything labeled “Web3” is fully on-chain.
Some things are decentralized.
Some things still depend on normal websites and companies.

Knowing the difference helps you understand what you actually own and what you don’t.

That’s a simple explanation of on-chain vs off-chain.
