@EmiratesSupport me:” Great! What do I need to do?” CsEmirates “ Ask a refund with Covid-19 in the notes” After two weeks we received 50 euro each ( out of 788 euro) of refund.

@EmiratesSupport how is that possible that the best company has the worst customer service ever? 1 month spending time to call your CS, explaining every time the matter to a new assistant and being said from 5/6 different people “ Don’t worry I will call you back”.Still waiting
