@GMB I was so proud to receive my midwifery qualification and worked as a NHS Midwife for 15 years. I made the difficult decision to leave the profession as I could see the decline in good care due to staffing levels and lack of funding. It no longer felt safe or supportive 😢

@GMB I work for the NHS and had a staff parking permit yet got a ticket for £70 whilst visiting my daughter who was very unwell. Because I had parked in patient spaces rather than staff! There were not staff spaces left! They doubled it to £140 as I hadn’t paid on time!
