When I think about how BIG God is (eternal, sovereign Ruler of the UNIVERSE), and how SMALL I am (one in billions...in just one generation) and how He makes time for me, pursues me, fights for me...even when I least deserve it...
Brings me to tears. Always.

THE ASSIGNMENT OF REVELATION
Revelation received from God’s Word can provide a personal encounter that can profoundly impact your world. Studying Scriptures without the Spirit of revelation, will not provide you with an encounter. It's the revelation behind it that brings light and until this light hidden within the verses, parables, and prophecies of the Scripture is revealed, you have not yet had an encounter.
The assignment of revelation is to open your eyes to see and understand God’s current communication. As believers, we must press to access the prophetic dimension of Scriptures.
Cry out to God: Lord, baptize me with the Spirit of revelation!

Just realised warnings against these 5 sins are repeated multiple times in Proverbs:
1. Pride
2. Laziness
3. Foolishness
4. Adultery
5. Anger
There is a reason why.
I'm trying to cultivate a daily habit:
Close my eyes, take a deep breath, and exhale a whisper of thanksgiving...
I have life, health, love, comfort and security.
The problems/challenges will not make me lose sight of that.

Love is in the air...as we celebrate in a day or two...or maybe even all week long...let's not forget:
1. Those who were kind to us when we least deserved it,
2. Those who made us laugh when we most needed it, and
3. Those who believed in us even when we gave up on ourselves.
