European Network of Migrant Women: Feminist Migrant Women led Platform defending dignity, rights and freedoms of migrant & refugee women & girls in Europe.
We are pleased to have Madlyn Sauer to guide us through the details of the Women's Tribunals as well as Lepa Mladjenovic and Nela Pamukovic to share their experience of organising #WomensTribunals.
Today, #NAWAL partners gathered online for the training on Women's Tribunals.
We are building a common understanding of the purpose, principles and feminist approach that guides the NAWAL Women's Tribunals.
📢 WHERE IS THE MONEY FOR WOMEN'S RIGHTS?
As negotiations on the next #EUBudget advance, our demand is clear: dedicated and sustainable funding for women's rights.
#MOTERIS#MFF#WomensRights
The #WomensRights movement calls on MEPs to respect the #RuleOfLaw, the principle of proportionality, and remember that #WomenAndGirls are not a minority group. We deserve to be allocated sufficient resources.
Thanks to every MEP who met us,and MEP @DobrevKlara for welcoming us.
@nottsen you think not being murdered or raped by violent men is a “privilege “ ? and girls using their full potentials is an “ideology”?
maybe think again 🤷🏻♀️
What we need money for?
👉to help female victims of men’s violence
👉to help women exit prostitution
👉to help girls become scientists
👉to finally do research on women’s health
👉 to end stereotyping on the basis of sex
among many many others ..

@volker_turk misogyny is not a norm except when it comes from the High Commissioner himself who believes that prostitution is women’s “job” and that sex must be eliminated from legal frameworks and uses his position of power to enforce this misogyny globally .
Yesterday, Journalist Gaia Neiman attended our action outside @Europarl_EN to interview us for @euobs, one of the leading independent news outlets on EU affairs.
