@AskPS_UK Hi, I bought a 12 month subscription from CDKeys on 11/07/21 and used it, it works fine as I can play online multiplayer games but when I check my subscription it says I have none so I'm not getting PS Plus free monthly games etc. Please can you look into this? Cheers

@AskPS_UK I just went back through my emails and dug it the code and tried to re-enter it and its saying its already been redeemed, i have screenshots of that would help? Would a code I bought from CDKeys show in my PS transaction history?

@AskPS_UK Hi, nothing shows in transaction history but the code I bought was redeemed on my PS4 and has worked to give me access to online games, I can play COD multiplayer so doesn't that indicate it was accepted and I have a subscription?
