Huge federal government resources & other interventions have been poured into the “Lagos corridor” under this administration, making one wonder if Lagos is a region or a country of its own. Is he planning the secession of Lagos from the rest of Nigeria? Are we witnessing the pretext for the eventual annexation of Eko?

Everything went to the state & now Ogun State.

The Niger Delta is the goose that lays the golden eggs. Yet, my region lies in ruin; we have no serious economic & maritime activities going on. Regardless of that, I am still the one who has to pay most of this humongous debt.

We have the largest & deepest contiguous coastlines stretching across Ibeno, Ibaka, Calabar, Warri, Onne, & across the region.

None received a kobo from all the loan deals.

Festus Keyamo is even worse. The man from Effurun in Uvwie LGA of Delta State is less than an errand boy. They’ll come back to the region & ask the Niger Delta to vote for their papa.

This haphazard allocation of national resources is hampering growth & development. When all regions grow together, Nigeria grows. We need a president who can think holistically & allocate our common resources equitably & judiciously.

Decentralize freight & maritime operations, open up the entire country! We have no standard-gauge rails connecting the Eastern corridor to the rest of the country. No other country was planned this way. You don’t site projects based on proclivities & regional considerations. You don’t do things on a whim.

I have not asked that other ports and airports be stopped; I have asked that FAAC be shared proportionally, so the economy as a WHOLE can grow. You cant go to the gym and exercise only one arm; that's madness

I hate Federal Character; I hate FAAC, but if you are not going to implement Federal Character, then scrap it. Scrap exclusive lists, distribute FAAC in USD as earned, and allow States the power to negotiate projects with international partners.

Why should some States BEG the FGN for Federal support for critical infrastructure, and the same President sit and give a press conference derisking another State infrastructure Project?
