I ran a legal analysis of the texts' authenticity (legal and actual) during my livestream yesterday. I realized that, although Agent Davis testified he ran a Cellbrite extraction of Twiggs' phone-which allegedly confirmed the dates and times of the messages-he never ran a comparison of the actual (substance) texts. This is suspicious to me.

Moreover, the state does not attach the Cellbrite extraction data to Exhibit 16.1. According to my research, if Agent Davis ran a full Cellbrite extraction (including the substance of the text messages), then there would have been no need for the photographs of the text messages. And so the fact that the state is relying, in any way, on the photos of the texts, indicates to me that there was not a full Cellbrite forensic extraction of Lance's phone-or the extraction is inconsistent with what is pictured in the photographs. Those printouts and supporting testimony would vitiate the need to enter the pictures of Lance's phone into evidence.

Lastly, they obtained a search warrant and ran a forensic extraction on Tyler Robinson's phone as well. Why wasn't the data from his phone also compared to that of Twiggs'? If they were to attach the Cellbrite extraction reports from both phones, that would be essentially "bulletproof" proof of the text message exchange. I think expecting such level of proof from the state, at this juncture, is all but a pipe dream in this case!!!!

BTW-have you been updating your papers with the testimony and evidence offered at the preliminary hearing? I have been wondering that and am looking to upload your work into my WEBB research platform.

So Tyler Robinson's defense will not cross examine Agent Brian Davis despite the fact they have copious amounts of evidence to absolutely destroy his credibility and testimony on the stand?

All I can say is that this one ladies and gentlemen goes as deep and wide as they can go- in my opinion. And my opinion is that Tyler Robinson will likely be convicted despite there being an utter lack of credible or authentic evidence proving he unalived Charlie Kirk on September 10, 2025.

Buckle up y'all this will probably get as ugly as it gets very soon. No matter what, please remember that your neighbor (here in the United States) is not your enemy. I think by now we all know who is.

Man!!!! These fed sloppers are out full force ahead of the preliminary hearing-which will commence this coming Monday. I'm assuming the massive pressure placed upon them (and their fed-slop narrative) by the information and evidence released by @baroncoleman and @RealCandaceO over the last week, has them scrambling to try and confuse public opinion (over objectively informing it). Which makes sense (what else can they do?).

Anyone with two brain cells, who objectively examines the limited amount of evidence and information currently available (publicly), will see that multiple coverups are simultaneously occurring-the most obvious of which being the exact timeline of Robinson's 9-11-25 surrender and arrest.

Please do not fall into the confusion trap!!!! I believe we will know much more about the depth and nature of this MASSIVE psychological operation come Friday next week! So absolutely stay tuned!!!!

So it confirms that TR was in custody before the 10:00 p.m. arrest time on the booking sheet.

It is beyond obvious to me that TR was mirandized at 6:25 p.m. on September 11, 2025 in Washington County. And there is obviously a concerted effort to cover that fact up. Hard for me to believe the State has him on video from 6:50-7:15 p.m. on that evening yet somehow he is not on video at 7:57 p.m.? Where did he go after being on video in the sheriff's department at 7:15 p.m. on the 11th? The State's own witness and exhibit list offers a video excerpt from those times on the 11th.

I vote Daily Freddo for board of TPUSA! She breaks down, very succinctly in this video, what I’ve been saying about the boards potential breach of fiduciary duty by not appointing the most qualified and appropriate candidate for CEO. If appointing Erika Kirk as CEO of TPUSA-based solely on Charlie Kirk's alleged wishes-would be an insufficient bases under Arizona nonprofit law, should Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes open an investigation to determine whether TPUSA's board fulfilled its fiduciary duties?

Arizona law requires nonprofit directors to act in good faith, exercise reasonable care, and act in the best interests of the organization. If a board simply rubber-stamped a founder's preference without conducting meaningful due diligence, would that satisfy those duties?

To be clear, I am not alleging that TPUSA's board violated the law. I am not attacking Erika Kirk's qualifications. And there remains substantial controversy regarding the authenticity of the alleged Charlie Kirk video itself.

HOWEVER:

If an investigation uncovered clear evidence that no meaningful evaluation, deliberation, or independent judgment occurred before Erika Kirk's appointment, should the Attorney General seek relief on behalf of the public?

Kris Mayes (Democrat) has previously pursued litigation against TPUSA, Tyler Bowyer, and others regarding election-related issues. Would she view this as a legitimate nonprofit governance issue—or a second bite at the apple?

TPUSA benefits from being income tax exempt and its donors benefit from writing off their donations-the taxpayers pick up that tab. As such, the public has a legitimate interest in ensuring nonprofit boards comply with fiduciary duties and that major leadership decisions are made through an appropriate governance process.

TPUSA is not above scrutiny. Neither is any other nonprofit.
