The carder is (somewhat) active again! Custom batts today:

[Naomi Twery @entingfiber]

It stopped raining! But it is awfully warm and humid for spinning a mohair blend.

[Naomi Twery @entingfiber]

@akanumalla It's my aunt's cat, Cougar; Mel does not know but is probably more upset at my absence.

[Naomi Twery @entingfiber]

My lap has been invaded.

[Naomi Twery @entingfiber]

@irieknit Aha! I found the photo those batts were inspired by.

[Naomi Twery @entingfiber]

@irieknit I'm glad it worked out so well.

[Naomi Twery @entingfiber]

@irieknit Where the first card is the swatch? Totally different fiber, but I do have fairly consistent taste. It's useful. :)

[Naomi Twery @entingfiber]

@irieknit Oh, I'm so glad! (That is also one of my favorite sets, with sentimental value. The church is on the bike path at my grandma's.)

[Naomi Twery @entingfiber]

@irieknit You are welcome! Thank you for the delivery confirmation. :)

Quick update at https://t.co/ahUVORzOGx: US shipping is fixed, notecards are available individually, & there's a new not-quite batt club.

[Naomi Twery @entingfiber]

@irieknit That was one of my favorites. :)

[Naomi Twery @entingfiber]

@irieknit That's a beautiful spindle!

[Naomi Twery @entingfiber]

@holidayyarns Perhaps you noticed the not-my-color-scheme yarn I spun for a friend? But I now need a chain-plied gradient for myself.

[Naomi Twery @entingfiber]

@entingfiber I'd intended to post this via my personal account, but the two skeinlets are batt-club samples (Puffin is plied w/white).

[Naomi Twery @entingfiber]

Some plying and a bunch of skeining. (Not washed yet.)

[Naomi Twery @entingfiber]

I envy my supervisor this morning.

The post-Rhinebeck shop update is finally posted! (http://t.co/ahUVORzOGx) About a dozen sets of batts, plus a few skeins of handspun.
