Weather is coming to ENTROPY, and it changes the math.
Right now decay is a steady slope. Soon it will have a mood. Rain speeds the rust and pushes your repair bill up. Winter freezes production so you earn less, but the cold also slows the rot, a genuine trade. Storms hit hard and fast and punish a village that was already behind. Clear skies are the breath you use to get ahead.
The skill becomes reading the season and front-loading your repairs into the kind weather so the harsh weather cannot break you. Plan around the sky, not just the clock.
Three things that will keep your ENTROPY village alive longer.
Build dense, not wide. Decay scales with how much you maintain, not how far you sprawl. A tight cluster is cheaper to defend than a kingdom you cannot patch.
Stockpile parts and materials before you need them. The moment a key building drops and you are short on materials, you watch it rot while you scramble, and the spiral starts.
Spend research early. Decay-resistance bought on turn five compounds over the whole run. The slope you flatten now is the slope you do not drown in later.
Absolutely. ENTROPY is a long-term build, and we are just getting started: weather, seasons, duels, prestige rebirths and player-owned island expansion are already rolling out, with a deep research meta and live competitive seasons on the roadmap. We are not shipping a demo, we are growing a world you keep coming back to.
Welcome to ENTROPY.
A floating voxel island that is always falling apart. Your only job is to keep it alive.
Every building decays the moment you place it. Every repair buys time. Nothing lasts, but you decide how long.
