@orcdev I think they released it because of FOMO. If all these shiny open source model get released and they don't, their employees won't be able to sleep peacefully.
Was never interested in so called Fable, or sonnet drama. These models are great but locked behind specific providers with a extremly unfair price tag.
Unless I'm getting insane value out of them, it's just yet another money heist.
@Its_Nova1012 The context window is huge but the model's focus isn't. feed it too much and it starts missing the important stuff. smaller chunks = sharper answers + way cheaper API bills.
A bigger context window is like a bigger desk. More room for papers, same number of hours in the day.
@tapasadhikary Migrated several projects from Next.js and Astro to TanStack. The type-safe routing and search params as state made the switch worth it, especially for apps with heavy URL state.
@mynameisyahia Playwright's `reduced_motion='reduce'` on the browser context is one of the cleanest way to do this. It only catches sites that honor the media query though, so JS-driven animation loops still need a separate approach.
@cursor_ai Composer 2.5 spent a few million tokens to do something that took @XiaomiMiMo hundreds of millions of tokens out of the token plan. Not all million tokens carry the same weight.
