Shri Dharmendra Pradhan resigned. Even after taking responsibility of the paper leak, despite conducting a fresh examination in the interest of transparency, solely to help maintain the country's stability and staying true to his accountability!

Willingness to take responsibility by letting go of the power is patriotism. It is a win in a bigger context.

Remember the old story?

Two women were fighting over the ownership of a child. Both claimed to be the birth-giver of the child.
The dispute reached the king. The king could not figure out how to resolve it. One of his ministers came up with a suggestion. He told the women, "Hold the child's hand and pull with all your strength from both sides. Whoever succeeds in pulling the child to her side will be declared the mother."

The real mother gave away the claim immediately as it pained her to think what harm it may cause to the child. Sounds familiar to what we just witnessed?

BJP minister got replaced with another BJP minister. It is no loss in any sense. But we know now, how threats were made to torch the Parliament, to create unrest, to violate law & order, by already creating a false image of GenZ of India that invariably creates a dent on the spirit of the nation.

Ownership comes with responsibility. It never destroys. It steps back for bigger construct.

Shri Dharmendra Pradhan Ji, best wishes to you and thanks for many historical reforms that you implemented over many years. Your stepping down is emblematic of a step forward for accountability beyond power struggle. 🙏🏻🇮🇳
