My first OPD as an intern doctor. I wrote my first offical prescription for this aajoba and coincidentally, his name was same as my father's. I told him this and he gave me a toffee!
Life has its own ways of patting your back guys :')
So our relatives living in different cities had brought different plants from their gardens at our house warming (4 5 months ago), now we are having a family reunion thing and all the plants are bigger and beautiful now :)
A doctor.
Attacked with a machete.
Inside his own hospital.
Kerala - Dr. Vipin, on duty in the casualty ward.
A man walks in, pulls out a sharp weapon, and hits him on the head.
He collapses in blood.
That man? A father who lost his 9-year-old daughter to a rare brain infection, and decided the doctor was to blame.
But think for a second -
Can anyone attack a lawyer or a police officer at their workplace and walk free?
Never.
Yet when it's a doctor, justice sleeps.
Doctors have to strike just to feel safe.
And if doctors stop feeling safe in hospitals, who will be left to save lives?
