@Chaayos I’m at your CyberHub outlet. I tried ordering for a veg puff. Your guy at the counter said they’re out of veg puffs, the other guy on the kitchen side said they have one. He said they can’t give it to me because they can’t “Stock out” an item in the system. What the hell
@flipkartsupport There was nothing relevant or remotely related to the root cause of the issue in your response. You said you will provide feedback to the seller (who is not at fault) instead of assuring strict action against the final delivery hub (which did not take the orders out for delivery)
(1/4) Dear @flipkartsupport@Flipkart let me start by thanking you for your pathetic customer support this week. Not only did you live up to your lethargy and incompetence, you proved, twice, how you take an easy way out!

@flipkartsupport@Flipkart (2/2) If you had to fix something you would have done it already and this wouldn’t have happened. Thousands of customers have complained during your BBD sale, yet this is your condition. Next year it’ll be the same, until you lose all customers.
@wakeupgrahak@jagograhakjago
@flipkartsupport (1/2) Don’t bother @flipkartsupport@Flipkart
You understand nothing, you have taken no feedback, you will do nothing to fix this.
At a time when e-commerce and quick commerce have tightest competition, your logistics and support is prehistoric.
@flipkartsupport Another robotic response lacking empathy, transparency and accountability. This is not supposed to be a “Feedback” for the seller but a high escalation for the delivery hub! But you would only know if you actually check the issue, which you clearly haven’t!
@flipkartsupport@amazonIN here is an exclusive opportunity and a solid case for you to get sellers & products that are otherwise exclusively available on @Flipkart to sell on your platform. Failure to deliver, bad customer support, cancelled orders, loss for seller and customer by @Flipkart
@flipkartsupport Again the same thing, proving that you have not understood the issue. I have already DMed you earlier this week. You can continue the chat from there, if you’re so ashamed of owing up to your goofup on the thread.
@flipkartsupport@jagograhakjago@ConsumerVoiceIn@wakeupgrahak@JaagoGrahak I’m not falling for that again! I’ve already DMed you about this in the past which your guys have conveniently repeatedly ignored. And the fact that you mentioned that my order “got cancelled”, itself proves that you guys don’t show the courtesy to read the issue properly.
(4/4) By the way these mails also ask me to submit a feedback on a certain link, but neither of these emails have any link to submit one. The help center link doesn’t take me there either. Throughout this week you’ve constantly proved what a joke customer service is to you.
(3/4) Finally when I bought what I wanted to buy from other means, and cancelled the original orders, you sent me these sham of emails, saying you were about to reach out with an update but by then I cancelled. Conveniently shortly after I canceled each order.

@UberIN_Support Your reply is still not addressing the issue!
You guys charged me a premium for a service which you failed to provide. I am liable for a compensation. Don’t force me to approach consumer court! Also there is no follow up in the in app help section.
@UberIN_Support@Uber_India why do you charge higher for Uber Premiere when you ultimately send an Uber Go quality cab? I paid nearly ₹900 for a cab that would otherwise cost ₹600-700. On raising a complaint all I’m getting are robotic replies!
This is the final reply from your customer support. Zero empathy for the customer’s inconvenience, zero respect for the customer’s money spent, and zero accountability for your actions!
