@Tesco Happened again today. After several failed attempts, the card reader went blank then died and hung the entire checkout. I was told I was not the first today and was moved to another. Something about these does not like #GooglePay.

@NatWest_Help Ok, thank-you! Will try 'Message Us' first. It's clearly not obvious that you CAN amend postal statement frequency. Please consider a toggle of options in mobile/online banking or at least a clear message on the website to contact the bank to do it. It'll save tons of paper.

@NatWest_Help Hey #NatWest, I very much prefer printed statements but recognise some accounts are less busy. As well as actively pushing paperless, how about a toggle in online banking to switch the postal statement frequency from monthly to bi-monthly/quarterly/six-monthly?

@NatWest_Help Hi, another suggestion for #NWOLB. I can search transactions using a description e.g. asda,tesco,sainsburys which will only show those, great. How about being able to filter OUT those transactions using a minus symbol or similar e.g. -asda,-sainsburys,-marks?

@NatWest_Help …Another one. If I recall, used to be able to collapse an account mini-statement so that only today's balance showed. Need a toggle to permanently expand/collapse (one that saves after exiting). It's so annoying having to scroll up/down through multiple statements.
