@abalamsarmy @LondonDrugs Just got a message telling me the ps5 shipped out on the truck this morning and I should be able to pick up tomorrow morning from the store. This is after I received an email last Wednesday saying it had shipped. Everyone keep bugging them unt they give you a firm answer.

@LondonDrugs @WembleyOTG @goatjames23_6 I was told it's Sonys fault, london drugs isn't an electronics store, and they said from the beginning they would take longer to ship. I understand if there's an issue, but at least own it and keep customers informed. Having customers give generic answers of 3-5 days is wrong.

Now it is 3 days later and I (and many others) are left wondering what is going on. I keep getting different excuses from customer service
