Respectfully @TheUMAofficial,
Every profession has burdens the public rarely sees. The lesson should not be that one sacrifice is greater than another, but that all who serve deserve respect and support.
1) Do engineering interns treat patients during pandemics?
2) Do they pull 36-hour shifts with lives hanging in the balance?
3) Do they perform C-sections at 4 a.m., then report for a four-hour ward round?
4) Do their mistakes cost a mother, a baby, or a life?
5) Are they licensed engineers in supervised practice, or students on industrial training?
