Every organization eventually works for itself, not its mission.
It is called the Iron Law of Oligarchy. Business, government, church. They all drift.
Growth brings bureaucracy. Rules pile up. People stop protecting the mission and start protecting their patch. The cog in the machine mindset.
Think kipple from Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep. Useless clutter that spreads on its own. You can tidy it, but it comes back unless you fight it daily.
The orgs that hold out keep status gaps small, psychological safety high, and wage constant war on pointless rules.
Entropy is the default. Resisting it is the job.

@Tesla_AI This is the most futuristic thing I have seen! Imagine what FSD will bring! If your Car needs service, it drops you off at work, gets serviced by itself, and then comes back to pick you up to go home. Popular Science has been showing this stuff since the 50's and now it is here!
