@ScotRail have both a weekly season ticket (DFL to EDB) and a flexipass for the same journey due to change of plans this week. Going through barriers at Waverley has used flexipass on smartcard instead of weekly season ticket. How would I go about getting this back or refunded?

@ScotRail when claiming delay repay using a mobile ticket bought from Trainline what do you enter as the unique ticket number? Booking ref is 12 digits but it's asking for 11
