this applies to every sellers including me, but can we practice being an approachable seller? esp if you’re the one who caused inconvenience, the least you can do is communicate properly and keep your buyers updated. your buyers are already willing to understand and help you out, so sana meet them halfway rin.

let’s not make it seem like your buyers are being too demanding just because they’re asking for updates or wanting their concerns to be addressed. they paid for something, and they have every right to know what’s happening. hindi naman pagiging demanding ang pag-follow up at pagtatanong nang marami or even asking tons of assurance 🤷🏻‍♀️ especially when you know yourself na legit ka naman at willing to help them trust you.

selling comes with responsibilities and LOTS of stress so you should be prepared for that when you’ve decided to become a seller. hindi pwedeng gusto mo lang yung selling part, pero kapag may aberya na, parang burden na sayo yung pag-asikaso sa concerns ng buyers mo. no one expects you to be perfect, but accountability and proper communication should be the bare minimum. 🙂‍↕️
