This is what happens when you pair Ray Peat, Mike Mentzer, Dorian Yates and the Honey Diet by @anabology
High intensity workouts with low-inflammation food and NDT.
The only food I eat:
- Lean meat (300g once a day)
- Fruits, mapple syrup, honey
- Some rice and mushrooms here and there
Supplements:
- Freeze dried beef Testicles with Oyster and Liver
- NDT
- Vitamin D
- Calcium
- Creatine
Cold hands often result from weak thyroid function, which slows down metabolism and impairs blood circulation. When the body produces too few thyroid hormones, body temperature drops, and extremities, such as hands, receive less blood flow.
Additionally, stress hormones like cortisol, adrenaline, and serotonin can constrict blood vessels, which enhances the sensation of cold.
To prevent cold hands, one should support the thyroid by focusing on nutrient-rich foods, a lot of carbohydrates, saturated fats, and sufficient protein.
Avoiding pro-inflammatory substances, such as Omega-6 fatty acids, can also improve circulation.
Zinc is essential for the production of sex hormones, sperm, and eggs. It is an important mineral that also ensures a strong immune system. You’ve probably heard of people who take zinc and never get sick, right?
You can surpass them: oysters provide you with highly bioavailable zinc that surpasses all other lab-synthesized supplements!
However, if you don’t like eating oysters or can’t get them, you should opt for freeze-dried oysters. Both your sexual and general health will thank you for it.
Isn't it crazy how such an easy lifestyle can transform you from a fat soyboy to a colossal and armored titan?
All you need:
- Beef organs, meat and bone broth
- Freeze dried beef testicles
- Orange juice, dates, pears, apples, white sugar, honey, grapes
- Aged cheese without fake rennet
- I almost never add additional fat. But when I do, it is mostly coconut fat or sometimes butter
Some additional info:
- avoid seed oils like plague
- eat only 100g protein per day (!) from animal sources
- eat freeze dried beef testicles for testosterone maxxing
- 200g of liver per week for copper and Vitamin A
- avoid starch
- avoid night shades and vegetables (except for carrots and white button mushrooms)
- drink milk or eat cheese
- avoid additives
- avoid alcohol
- eat also gelatinous proteins
- no banana or pinapple because of serotonin and estrogene
- hit the gym 2-4 times a week
The goal is to keep stress hormones (adrenaline, cortisol, serotonin, estrogene, prolactin, aldosteron) low and the happy hormones (Testosteron, T3, Progesteron, DHEA, Pregnenolon, VitD3, Dopamin) high.
Remark: I still work in a corporate job, sleep irregularly and live in a cloudy area. Imagine what would happen if I also change that...
Left is July 2022, 97kg, started with the diet
Right is now, May 2024, 99kg
Vitamin A and D maxxing on the metabolic diet (and maybe some extra Testosteron molecules).
But still, there is this tired/sad look in his eyes, indicating a serotoninergic lifestyle
I have good news!
My supplier finally sourced the NDT/Thyroids.
For those who already ordered: you will get your articles soon.
For those who didn't order the magical NDT, make sure you preorder now. In the metabolic space, it gets sold out real quick!
