1. People who confront issues don't hate you.

They instead want to let you know what you did differently from what they expected of you.

Forgiveness is started when they decide to confront you and it's almost done when they tell you.

9. Passive aggression and resentment are mostly a product of non confrontation.

Release those inner feelings before you act them.
