I am the plaintiff in Garcia V Polis here in Colorado, suing against the 3 day wait. I've been suing since October 1, 2023 - the first day the law was enacted. A right delayed is a right denied. The most urgent thing you will ever need is the ability to fight back when your life or the life of another is threatened.
This is another way to normalize disarmament under the guise of public safety and concern - because they cannot take our rights away, we must give them up. Allowing these tyrants to stay in office and ignoring local politics is exactly the way we are losing.
We've confirmed that City of Colorado Springs Operations and Maintenance Division Manager Corey Farkas is no longer employed by the city. #ColoradoSprings

Colorado’s Governor and Democrat-led State Legislature want us to believe they can effectively build a “Front Range Passenger Rail” system.
The Governor even claims that “no new taxes” will be needed for the three daily round trips between Denver and Fort Collins!
But the people of Colorado have good reason to be skeptical of the promises made by the government.
Currently, our roads are in disrepair, potholes are damaging vehicles and traffic jams are common.
Not only that, but Coloradans have been promised trains from Denver to Boulder for years now with no such luck.
Instead of trains, the Colorado Department of Transportation, CDOT setup Buses to move people from Denver to Northern Colorado… and now Bustang needs to be bailed out!
Of course, the Front Range Passenger Rail scheme has been years in the making. Natalie Menten joined me over two years ago to bring up concerns and start spreading awareness (you can find that video linked below).
In this video, Brandon looks at some of the recent news about the Front Range Passenger Rail scheme and shares concerns about this becoming the biggest boondoggle in Colorado history!
Johnny Hurley was a good man.
He stopped an active shooter.
Only to be gunned down by police.
He was & always will be the hero of Olde Town Arvada.
We beat the pavement for over a decade together, fighting against tyranny & government corruption.
His fight lives on in me.

Have a terrific Tuesday Colorado!
I've been posting a lot about campaign finance reports for this year's midterm elections.
Money. It's a big part of our lives and of course a big part of politics.
Why do so many special interest groups spend big money to ensure their preferred candidates get elected?
Well, they want to make sure they have a seat at the table and that their agenda continues unimpeded.
Right now, Big Money is being spent on both Republican and Democratic Primaries by the SAME PEOPLE!
Who are they supporting? The candidates that will keep the grift going!
These big-monied special interests do not want anyone in government who is going to upset the apple cart.
Understand that these special interests don't care about the Second Amendment. They don't care about Lowering Taxes. They don't care about the Constitution.
The special interests care about keeping OUR tax money flowing into their projects (and in some cases pockets)!
So, before you vote, realize who is being supported by the Big-Monied Special Interests and who is a Grassroots Candidate that actually wants to get the government out of your life!

Libertarianism requires intellectual curiosity, moral consistency, and a willingness to be unpopular.
This is why many Americans will never consider libertarianism.
The LPEPC applies core Libertarian principles - maximum freedom, minimum government, free markets, constitutional rights - to El Paso County issues like taxes, guns, and local control. Join us in defending liberty locally.
