UMR for United Healthcare has a terrible support setup. Today the finally AI let me chat with a person who determined I had to call an actual phone number. The AI on that phone number felt it could not identify my account. I called back and they were now closed. Not Happy

@cvspharmacy My son's doctor ordered a refill of his ADHD on 6/2/26 to be filled today. The local pharmacy calls today to say they won't have it until Monday -maybe. How much notice does CVS need to fill a prescription on 6/20/26? This is not inventory control.

@xfinity I have a notice that there will be "Planned Maintenance in your area" with possible downtime on 4/14. Why would you do planned maintenance before tax day? People may need last-minute access to finish taxes. Just do it 4/16/26!?

@Microsoft365 Why do you want me to switch to New Outlook when it isn't ready for use? Ctrl + H doesn't work. There is no user-defined autocorrect/text expansion (I can't type btw and have it expand). Pretty new colors but missing important day to day features for enterprise.

@schlage_locks I bought the BE365 series front door deadbolt. The battery is dying after 4-6 wks which seems fast to me. At no point do I get the blinking red light warning to replace the battery. Once the battery fails, the key doesn't work and I'm locked out. Why?

@Walgreens, What is the issue with your San Carlos, CA store. I was on hold for over 12 minutes before a recording disconnected me. every 2:40 secs the phone would be picked up from hold but never a voice. I would say Hello but was just put back on hold.

@cvspharmacy I have now called three times today to check on the medication. I can only get a voicemail. Your voice response system has no ability to reach a person. This is an adult service.

First @RFKJr_Official vacated the ACIP. The replacements do not have the same support. Now the USPSTF meeting is postponed. Will he vacate them, too. Will preventive care recommendations be made by people not in the mainstream of public health?

Kid was out picking up donuts with Dad, shields his sister from shrapnel from a plane crash in the parking lot, ends up in emergency brain surgery, wakes to ask if he saved his sister and is pumped to know he didn’t miss the Eagles in the Super Bowl. I couldn’t be happier for him
