@TonyLaneNV It depends on the law, in certain states cyclists can ride through the crosswalk. Even if that is the case where this happened, the cyclist didn’t exercise good judgement. You can’t just enter a crosswalk at that speed, day or night.

@Intuit Thank you. It is the second time it has caused issues. The first and clearly wrong recommendation from support was buy a new computer which I did. Still not fixed. It is a bug in a pretty important and regular process, bill paying.

When I moved back to California 5 years ago, my wife and I shared a car with 2 kids to save money.

I rode a bike to work for 9 months.

I told people I did it for the exercise, but really it was the best financial solution I could come up with at the time.

My boss was embarrassed and asked I not talk about biking to work around clients.

One night, I left my bike at the office and it was stolen. (My dumb mistake)

It wasn’t easy, but we scraped together our emergency savings and reviewed our family budget.

Turns out we had saved enough to put down a decent down payment and qualify for $380/month car payment.

We bought a car that we could afford to fit our growing family.

It was a very proud day for the Tuttles!

I learned valuable lessons on that bike…

How to be disciplined and patient

I wouldn’t trade those experiences on the bike even if I could.

It’s probably why I believe discipline, patience, perseverance and clear goals can do incredible things for my clients as well.
