But voting Democrat is crazy, because then there is no hope, as there was no hope under Biden. The Dems want complete government control of housing, so forever conservortership is their desired end. Trump at least took steps toward freeing them by allowing them to retain earnings, albeit with a corresponding increase in the liquidation preferance. Our only hope for the shareholders remains Trump and the Republicans.

Its hard to sell even at a great profit when you have something that may be worth much more once the President acts, which he promised he would. How about the 3 Supreme Couet Judges Clinton would have appointed. You are vastly understating Trump's accomplichments in his 2 terms, and what this country would look like without him. The old Republican party had no chance without Trump, and we would be on our way to at least 20 consecutive years of Democrats holding the White House and all that intails if not for Trump. That is why libs hate him so much. We would have only Democrat appointed Judges up and down the Judiciary.
He has drastically changed this country and the world, and from the view of many, for the better.

Jeter had a lifetime batting Avg of .310, lifetime on base percentage of .377 and lifetime OPS of 817. We call someone who does that for one year an MVP top 5, he did it over a 20 year career. He also is the Yankees all time leader in stolen bases, won a gold glove in his defensive prime and won 5 World Series titles in an era where you had to go through multiple playoff rounds just to get to the World Series, besides leading a team that went 125-50. People under-estimate how good Jeter was because of the injury plagued end of his career.

We can produce enough oil to be self sufficient, but the oil companies are not compelled to give it to the US, the global market determines oil prices. Yup, lets stick our head in the sand and wait for the next 9/11. Maybe Trump wants to prevent terrorists from having a nuc. Maybe he is a little more informed than you. You didn't pay her mortgage for 30 years so saying you should have it if you pay her property taxes is stupid. Property tax is government theft, and redistribution of hard earned wealth. Property taxes means you never actually own your home, and is more a kin to communism than captalism.
