To the idiot in Gladstone, MO who hacked my account and logged in from their iPhone yesterday... Nice try moron. Oh, also, your phone's IP has been reported. Have a nice day.
@LillyByteGames Yeah, that's pretty much where I'm at, which is why I'm venting on Twitter instead of talking to friends in person about it. I don't see anyone interested in hearing about how they weren't there for me after saying they would be.
@LillyByteGames My real favorites are the friends and family who came back with "Well, I wanted to see if you could pull it off before I bought in, and you didn't, so I didn't see the point in helping."
Awesome. Next time just tell me I'm a bad bet.
@LillyByteGames Yup. It's hard when I can't rely on anyone to keep their word; even when I am paying them for their work and they are normally very reliable. It's become so common in my life (even though I always give them the benefit of the doubt) that I just stopped asking for help.
@LillyByteGames A good example: My Kickstarter last year. I spoke to over 300 people who offered help, including some (normally) very reliable people. How many contributed?
8.
I woke up and realized that I have better things to do than waste my time if all I'm going to get is ignored.
@LillyByteGames That is my point. I'm sick of spending weeks working (even when enjoying the process) just to have some consumer (aka "friends") piss all over everything I do because they bought something cooler last week. It feels like nobody enjoys my work... to the point that I no longer care
